- Work within the software team to develop embedded solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the creation of high-level specifications.
2. Design and implement embedded software components.
3. Contribute to the creation of test plans.
4. Test the final product, including your components, to ensure they are functional and meet the requirements.
5. Contribute to various stages in the accreditation of ANGOKA’s security solutions.
6. Stay informed of, evaluate, and verify new technologies to advance the ANGOKA solution.
7. Work closely with other members of the engineering and security team to integrate embedded software into the ANGOKA solution.
Requirements
1. 1-2 years’ software development experience.
2. A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline (2:1 minimum).
3. Experience in programming in an object-oriented language (e.g., C++ or Python).
4. Experience with debugging and fault finding.
5. Self-starter, problem solver, and keen to explore new technologies.
6. Good verbal and written technical English communication skills.
7. An interest in security.
8. Preferred but not essential:
o Experience with automated test and build environments.
o Experience developing with embedded Linux systems.
