Description About the Role Reporting into the Community Support Manager, the Rostering Team Leader is responsible for leading the rostering function to ensure the efficient coordination of in-home care services. You will oversee a team of Rostering Officers, ensuring services are scheduled effectively to meet client needs while optimising workforce utilisation and maintaining compliance within SCHADS Award requirements. Key Responsibilities The Rostering Team Leader will be responsible for but not limited to: Oversee and provide effective scheduling of services and requests Respond promptly to roster changes and client service requests Lead, supervise and support Rostering Officers in their day-to-day activities Provide coaching, training and ongoing performance feedback Coordinate coverage for short-notice vacancies to maintain continuity of care Monitor data accuracy and generate reports to support rostering KPIs Skills And Experiences About you You thrive in a fast-paced environment, brings a strong customer focus, along with the ability to lead and support a team effectively. To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience Proven experience in client scheduling (aged care or community services preferred) Knowledge of SCHADS Award (highly desirable) Experience with AlayaCare or similar systems (desirable) Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Current NDIS Check
