Job Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Officer to work in our busy Theatre reception at Lorn & Islands Hospital, Oban.
Responsibilities
* Provide clerical support to theatre reception, including reception of patients and visitors.
* Maintain accurate and timely records using NHS Highland databases.
* Assist with appointment scheduling and coordination of theatre activities.
Qualifications
* Good educational background with at least two years office experience.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases.
* Good keyboard skills.
