What You’ll Be Doing
* Daily arrivals of vehicles from manufacturers, ensuring all vehicles arrive in correct condition and reporting and rectifying any that do not.
* Preparation of vehicles, including but not limited to pre-delivery inspections, dealer fitted options, valeting, and storage at multiple locations.
* Co-ordinating by third party suppliers.
* Achievement of targets and budgets.
* Ensuring vehicles are fully prepared and handed over to delivery agents as vehicles leave on their final journey to our customers.
What We’re Looking For
* No previous experience in the motor trade is needed but the ideal candidate will have experience in the project management of a multifaceted operation, dealing with multiple stakeholders and also be comfortable handling conflict and complaints.
* You will have a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements in a busy environment. Along with experience managing a budget, cost control and also performance reviews.
* Great communication skills, with a proven track record in leadership of multiple teams are essential, as are excellent IT and Excel skills, with experience in learning new systems quickly.
