What You’ll Be Doing
14. Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles to the highest standards using approved methods and materials
15. Carry out paint repairs with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail
16. Ensure a flawless finish that meets both manufacturer and internal quality requirements
17. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
18. Collaborate closely with the wider workshop team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience as a paint technician in a bodyshop or accident repair setting
20. Strong knowledge of modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
21. ATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve) is desirable
22. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality work
23. A team player who takes responsibility and acts with integrity
