Over the last few years, we’ve been expanding the STYRKR brand and growing both D2C and B2B
models, to ensure we are available in key global markets (UK, USA, EU, Asia, and South America).
As a Social Media & Partnerships Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Brand Marketing, you will
be responsible for overseeing and managing our company’s social media channels, including strategy,
planning and execution of content. You will oversee our content creator roster and be responsible for
growing our relationships with social first media accounts and press.
This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, organisation and strong networking and rapport
building skills. You'll need a deep understanding of the social media landscape, including; different social
platforms, endurance sports trends and content creator key and emerging profiles. Alongside, an ability to
evaluate performance, to drive organic growth.
Main Accountabilities:
Social Media Strategy:
● Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with broader brand and marketing objectives.
● Own and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated rollouts across product launches, campaigns, and key initiatives.
● Drive brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement across all social platforms.
● Monitor, analyse, and report on key social media metrics, using insights to continually refine and optimise performance.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure content strategies are cohesive and brand-consistent.
● Implement social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, emerging conversations, and competitor activity.
● Share insights and recommendations to inform product development, customer care, or wider brand positioning.
● Host monthly social performance reviews to share insights with senior leadership.
Social Content/ storytelling:
● Curate and oversee the creation of both “Always On” and campaign-specific social content that reflects STYRKR’s brand values and aesthetic.
● Ensure all content maintains a consistent tone of voice and aligns with brand identity.
● Proactively identify emerging trends and incorporate them into platform-appropriate narratives and executions.
● Stay current on algorithm updates and implement content strategies to maximise organic reach and performance.
● Leverage athlete, ambassador, and user-generated content (UGC) to enrich brand storytelling.
● Highlight community initiatives and activations as part of our social narrative.
● Clearly articulate product USPs tailored to each target audience segment.
● Adapt and tailor content to the unique requirements and best practices of each platform (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
● Brief and manage freelance content creators, videographers, or photographers for social-first content shoots.
● Coordinate in-house or remote shoots for product, lifestyle, ambassador, and campaign content.
● Develop test-and-learn initiatives to explore new content formats, audiences, or tone approaches.
● Ensure storytelling across social media ties into broader brand campaigns, newsletters, product packaging, events, and PR.
● Collaborate with CRM/email marketing teams to integrate social stories into other digital channels.
● Support planning and execution of live brand activations and events (e.g., athlete meet-ups, community rides, expos), with an emphasis on real-time coverage and post-event storytelling.
Media Partnerships:
● Identify and develop strategic media partnerships with relevant brands in the outdoor space, media outlets, and content creators.
● Drive collaborative social initiatives with aligned brands to expand reach and awareness.
● Recruit and onboard content creators and ambassadors who authentically align with the STYRKR mission and values.
● Build and maintain relationships with social-first PR contacts and media outlets to amplify campaign storytelling.
● Manage ambassador relationships, negotiating deliverables and ensuring consistent, high-quality output.
● Help define and track content creator ROI and paid/organic crossover impact.
● Manage or support the budgeting process for influencer partnerships, seeding campaigns, and platform tools.
Line Management:
Report directly to the Head of Brand Marketing and supervise the Social Media Executive, to deliver;
● Daily content scheduling and ensure consistent community engagement across platforms
● Lead and implement growth initiatives to grow followers, drive interaction and brand engagement.
● Manage the end-to-end process for content creators, from recruitment and briefing to seeding & performance evaluation.
● Monitor, evaluate, and report on Influencers, Content Creators, Athlete and Ambassador’s social deliverables and their performance metrics, using social monitoring platforms.
● Oversee the gifting and product seeding programme for media, influencers, athletes, and ambassadors.
● Develop clear ambassador and creator guidelines for product launches and UGC briefs.
● Craft social media copy that reflects STYRKR’s tone of voice and resonates with our target audience.
● Monitor and respond to community comments and DMs in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
● Escalate customer service issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure resolution is reflected back on social when needed.
● Proactively nurture relationships with engaged followers/ customers to build loyalty and advocacy.
Paid Social:
● Collaborate closely with the paid social team to ensure cohesive planning across the organic and paid content calendars.
● Support A/B testing and content optimisation efforts to drive conversion, performance, and ROI.

Requirements:
● 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media and influencer strategies, ideally in a DTC, active lifestyle, or performance brand.
● Deep understanding of all major social platforms and their nuances.
● Strong creative direction skills for social content, tone, and visual storytelling.
● Confident managing creators, negotiating deliverables, and analysing performance.
● Excellent copywriting and communication skills with an eye for detail.
● Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative and creative environment.
