A Quality Engineer/ Quality & Compliance Engineer / Quality Assurance Engineer is required for a manufacturer based in the Midlands
The Quality Engineer/ Quality & Compliance Engineer / Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and improving the Quality Management System, ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on role focused on auditing, compliance, continuous improvement, and supporting the business with quality and environmental best practice.
Package:
Paying up to £36,000
Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30

Adapt and maintain the Quality Management System, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
Carry out internal audits and support external audits as required
Drive compliance processes and maintain reporting systems
Act as the key point of contact for enforcement bodies and accreditation authorities
Provide quality and environmental advice and support to the wider business
Deliver training to new starters and existing employees on the Quality Management System
Gather and analyse quality data to support continuous improvement initiatives
Must be able to commute to Bilston Requirements:
Proven experience in a Quality Engineer or similar quality-focused role within the same environment
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards (ISO 14001 is desirable)
Experience conducting internal audits
Able to commute to Bilston and work in a site-based role
