Job Description
3. Manage supply planning activities to achieve high service levels and ensure timely product availability.
4. Coordinate logistics, production planning, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Oversee stock reconciliation across systems, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate data.
6. Support the supply side of new product launches and manage periodic rework activities with partners.
7. Maintain and manage demand forecasting models, including monthly planning and forecast accuracy review.
8. Provide packaging or compliance‑related data to relevant stakeholders as required.
9. Contribute to general supply chain tasks, process improvements, and cross‑team support where needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Supply Chain Specialist should have:
10. Experience within the FMCG industry a must.
11. Educated to degree level with 2-4 years' experience in a supply chain or planning environment.
12. Experienced working with ERP or planning systems, with advanced Excel and analytical skills.
13. A strong communicator who collaborates well with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
14. Highly organised, detail‑focused, and proactive in resolving issues.
15. Comfortable working independently, showing curiosity and a willingness to challenge existing processes.
16. Commercially aware with the ability to interpret data and support decision‑making.
