RoleWe are looking for a Household Support Officer who will assist our householders through the retrofit adaption journeyto their home. From explaining the steps to resolving any complaints, your role will be to work with a range ofstakeholders to ensure that the householder receives an excellent service. You’ll have the ability to resolveproblems and implement lessons learned, as well as working across the wider team to support our range ofprojects. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of the sector, however having an excellent track record in customerservice is really core to this. You will be engaging with householders over the phone, via email and in personin their homes and at events. SAP-related experience would be a plus.* Research Project Delivery: demonstrable experience in contributing to excellent project delivery in a professional, research or consultancy role.* Communication & Collaboration: experience communicating complex data clearly using visualisation to support engagement with diverse stakeholder groups.
