We're working with a leading Housing Association in Kent to recruit an experienced Neighbourhood Housing Officer on a temporary ongoing basis. THE ROLEThis is a key frontline role responsible for managing tenancies, supporting sustainable living, and maintaining safe and welcoming neighbourhoods.
* Manage a portfolio of tenancies across all tenures, delivering tailored, proactive housing services.
* Support new tenants to settle into their homes and understand their responsibilities.
* Handle tenancy changes, including transfers, mutual exchanges, and under-occupation.
* Respond to and manage reports of anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, and tenancy breaches.
* Prepare legal documentation and attend court where necessary.
* Conduct estate inspections and take action to improve environmental conditions.
* Promote tenant engagement and connect residents with training, employment, and financial wellbeing resources.
