Fram Search is working with a financial services business based in Kent that is continuing to grow and evolve its compliance function. As part of this, the firm is looking to engage with an experienced financial crime and AML professional to play a key role in strengthening its framework and supporting the wider business in meeting its regulatory obligations. This is a broad and hands-on role, offering meaningful input into policy, process, and advisory work.
The position covers a wide range of responsibilities, from advising on AML and KYC matters to enhancing internal procedures, delivering training, and contributing to the identification of emerging risks through horizon scanning. The successful individual would also be involved in project work and will have the opportunity to take ownership of specific initiatives that contribute to the overall control environment. The role is varied and collaborative, and would suit someone who enjoys influencing change and working across departments.
This opportunity may appeal to a compliance or AML professional with experience gained in a regulated financial services environment. A background in onboarding, financial crime monitoring, or KYC would be particularly relevant. The business is fast-moving and would suit someone confident in navigating ambiguity, communicating clearly, and taking a proactive approach to solving problems. It’s an environment where ideas are welcomed, and where individuals are encouraged to contribute beyond a narrowly defined remit.
We are keen to speak with individuals who take ownership of their work, enjoy shaping process and policy, and want to continue developing professionally within a growing and collaborative firm.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
