The Role: Responsible for the Groups PLC governance framework Advising senior executives and Non-Executive Directors on the UK Corporate Governance Code, Listing Rules, DTRs, MAR and the Companies Act Ensuring seamless Board and Committee operations Working closely with the Group Head of Corporate Governance, leading on AGMs, Annual Reports, shareholder engagement, disclosures, and Board effectiveness reviews, helping to shape the bank's governance direction at PLC level.
