Care and Support Worker – Competitive Salary – £13.80 to £14.30 per hour. Permanent contract. Located in Wareham, Dorset (Altogether Care – 20 South St, Wareham).

About The Role
Support people at home to live as independently as possible, providing personal, physical, and emotional care. Work across the South and Southwest, travelling to deliver care that keeps clients independent and confident.
Responsibilities

* Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments.
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care.

* Travel to ensure high‑quality care.
Qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence & Access to own vehicle.
* Experience in care or personal support preferred but not mandatory.
* Empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
