Production Operator — BRC Reinforcements, Newport NP19 4RD
Entry Skilled Rate £26,090 plus £4,696 shift allowance equates to £30,786. 4 Day Week, Rotating Shift (Mornings, Afternoons & Nights).
Schedule (illustrative): Week 1 Monday-Thursday, 6am-4pm; Week 2 Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-8pm, Friday 7am-5pm; Week 3 Monday-Thursday, 8pm-6am. Overtime readily available. Annual Christmas shutdown up to 2 weeks. Above statutory annual leave. Annual health checks. Pension and life insurance. Free on-site parking. Note: No experience is necessary as you will be provided with full training alongside an experienced operator. Although if you have experience in a production environment that would be highly desirable. Responsibilities
* Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake production tasks safely and in accordance with instructions.
* Complete production activities in order of priority.
* Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications. Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products.
* Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analysed.
Qualifications & Requirements
* No experience is necessary; full training will be provided. Experience in a production environment is desirable but not required.
