Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Policy Implementation: Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
2. Recruitment Coordination: Manage the recruitment process from drafting adverts to conducting interviews.
3. Onboarding & Inductions: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
4. Payroll Management: Collate monthly payroll data and resolve any queries.
5. Performance Reviews: Oversee the performance review process and provide necessary support.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Advisor role.
2. CIPD Level 5 essential, desirable Level 7.
3. Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices.
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
5. A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
