* Hours are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Mon-Thurs & Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm

The main purpose of the role is to assist the Customer Care Team in to deal with a variation of customer queries and problems. This team is passionate about delivering outstanding service to the client and customer base.
* Liaise with customers on a day to day basis
* Managing effective resolution - ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Assist in organising and coordinating stakeholders
* Take telephone calls from our clients and customers
* Respond to client and customer emails.
* Keep customers informed and updated
* Record and schedule works
About you?
1. Experience in customer service / coordination
