What the Job Involves This role entails working within the Children’s Services Directorate, primarily focused on child protection and legal proceedings across Evesham and South Worcestershire with potential travel requirements beyond this area. Your main responsibility is to address the social, emotional, and environmental needs of children and families while formulating plans in conjunction with multi-agency networks. You will assess risks and needs, ensuring the well-being and safety of children by gathering information to complete statutory assessments. Your duties will include attending multi-agency meetings, developing outcome-focused plans, representing the authority in court when necessary, and participating in training and development programs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
