What you'll be doing
As a Supervisor you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the store, keeping operations running smoothly and driving service excellence. Using your customer-oriented positive attitude to lead your team to success.
Coffee & Food
* Make outstanding coffee, drinks, and food. Show off your latte art – get creative and the team will follow
* Become an expert on all products and recipes and share any updates with the team.
* Train new Baristas, sharing knowledge and expertise so they can excel. Quality assurance is a core part of this role.
Standards & Service
* Ensure a clean, fully operational store, including maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines and grinders.
* Proactively support the manager in ensuring the team maintains compliance standards and Health and Safety is in line with company expectations.
* Professionally handling in store customer complaints and escalations.
* Deliver unforgettable customer service to create genuine connections and turn every customer into a regular.
Leadership
* Allocate team positions to maximise efficiency and play to team strengths. Follow Aces in places.
* Open and close the store when scheduled and act as Manager on Duty in absence of the General Manager.
* Assure full availability to drive sales and keep waste within the target. Assist with stock levels and inventory.
* Support General Manager with creating and amending staff rotas.
* Lead by example, motivate and train the team on the required behavioural standards, quality products and great service.
* Support the GM in reviewing store data and use accordingly to meet business KPIs.
