We’re working with a Growing Facilities Management provider who is looking to add a Contract Administrator to their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience supporting contracts within the FM or construction sector. The Role: * Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance. * Support contract managers with performance reporting (KPIs/SLAs). * Assist with procurement, supplier onboarding, and financial tracking. * Act as a point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and clients. The Candidate: * Previous experience in contract administration (FM sector desirable). * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Confident with Microsoft Office; CAFM experience advantageous. * Able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work independently.
