We are hiring two HR Generalists in the Boston area for a nationwide client.
About the Role
The Regional Human Resources Generalist is expected to:
Responsibilities
* Protect the legal, financial, and moral wellbeing of the company
* Educate and maintain all applicable company procedures, policies, and benefits
* Stay current on state and federal employment and wage and hour laws and recommend policy adjustments as necessary
* Support employees' success through training and guidance
* Seek ways to improve business operations, efficiencies, and customer service
Primary Duties
* Maintain current knowledge of Federal and State employment and wage and hour laws to collaborate with onsite Team Leaders for compliance within stores
* Work with management to educate and implement human resources best practices:
* Recruitment
* Onboarding
* Assist store management in evaluating hiring practices, especially in high turnover departments
* Facilitate regular benefit education sessions for employees
* Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager and Operations Management to conduct thorough employee relations investigations
