Fire & Security Engineer – East London / Ilford
PPM & Reactive Work | 6-Month Rolling Contract | Outside IR35 | £270/day | Weekly Pay Every Friday
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading client for a Fire & Security Engineer to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive work across East London and Ilford.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer with experience across a range of fire and security systems, looking for a stable, well-paid role with additional overtime opportunities.
Start Date
Approximately 3–4 weeks from application, following security clearanceKey Responsibilities
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on fire and security systems
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of fire alarms, extinguishers, access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and other security systems
Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and site standards
Record and report all maintenance and service activityRequirements
Proven experience as a fire & security engineer
Competent with a range of fire and security systems
Own tools and valid driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyWhat’s on Offer
6-month rolling contract
£270 per day (Outside IR35)
Weekly pay – every Friday
Mileage claimable
Overtime available at 1.5x day rate
