What is the Workshop Creative?
The Workshop is a specially dedicated team within WPP Production that manages creative production across a number of assets (Print, OOH, DOOH, Digital, Retail films). The team is made up of account and creative members responsible for the creation of master assets and creative localisation across all of Rolex’s campaign pillars.
What does a Business Director at the Workshop Creative do at WPP Production?
This is a unique opportunity to work on one of the world’s most recognised luxury brands across all disciplines. The role is full‑time, based in Hogarth’s office in the heart of Soho. It involves working closely with the Workshop Creative Lead, the Project Director, the account pillar leads, and reporting into the Workshop account lead. As the Business Director, you’ll play an instrumental role in ensuring the quality expectations are always met and in delivering creative excellence across the team and their projects, drawing on a background in client servicing and creative agency experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible and accountable for the overall long‑term management & coordination of campaigns, including internal, interagency, and client collaboration, creative evolutions, production, operations, and reporting.
* Lead clients, partner agencies, and internal teams.
* Serve as Brand Guardian for evolving creative across TVC, print, digital, D‑OOH, and social.
* Directly responsible for the origination and mastering of print, digital, D‑OOH, and social creative with our Creative and production teams.
Requirements
* Experience in client services within a creative agency environment.
* Ability to reprioritise planning and realign teams quickly under pressure.
* Self‑starter with strong organisational and communication skills.
* Confidence presenting to senior clients.
* Positive, can‑do mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
* Flexible, patient, and experienced in complex creative and production planning.
* Production experience involving Print, OOH, Social and Digital and an understanding of localisation.
* Understanding of the creative advertising world and its impact on global production.
* Proficiency in French is a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to grow revenue through strategic and organic growth and new business, meeting financial targets.
* Strong business and financial acumen.
* Expert client relationship skills in a multi‑stakeholder, matrix reporting environment.
* Ability to build partnerships across disciplines, networks, and teams.
* Ability to write clear, cohesive, and focused client communications, including strategic presentations with strong storytelling skills.
* Authentically passionate about great work, teams, and business.
