In this role, you will be the voice of our company for Slovak-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Address customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring clear and effective communication.
* Resolve issues and complaints efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate and organized records.
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide timely and informed support.
* Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
* Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with customer support software is an advantage.
