Project Coordinator – SCX
SCX is a UK-based engineering company known for delivering complex mechanical handling and kinetic architecture systems across Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear, Sports & Entertainment, and Infrastructure sectors.
Purpose of the Role The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with project planning, schedules, and milestones.
* Act as a communication link between clients, stakeholders, contractors, and teams.
* Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and forecasting.
* Help identify risks/issues and escalate as needed.
* Maintain documentation, KPIs, and prepare reports.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
* Coordinate team tasks and support project execution.
* Manage change control processes and client communications.
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Experience in engineering or project delivery environments preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
