* Managing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the contract to deliver high-quality Foodservice and Support Services.
* Leading, developing, and training a large team.
* Ensuring contract compliance and commercial viability aligned with growth and retention targets.

* Managing the contract's overall performance
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Planning resources to deliver first-class food and beverage services, including:
o Implementing promotions
o Pricing products appropriately
o Following up on customer satisfaction surveys
* Managing labour schedules within budget, minimizing agency and overtime costs
* Ensuring contract compliance with company policies
* Achieving financial targets and running the contract commercially
* Introducing innovative ideas to enhance service
* Monitoring health and safety, food hygiene, environmental, and HR procedures
Who you are:
You should have a successful background in Contract Catering, Hospitality, or Retail, with entrepreneurial skills to foster a thriving environment. You possess excellent management and communication skills, sound report writing and financial management understanding, and a passion for food and customer service. You are commercially savvy and analytical in problem-solving.
* Proven leadership of high-performing teams
* Operational experience in a similar-sized role
* Exceptional stakeholder and client management skills
* Track record of growing sales in retail and hospitality sectors
* Background in Foodservice or similar
* Strong commercial acumen
* Effective communication skills across all levels
Knowledge of using customer insights and digital tools to maximize revenue and footfall is also essential.
