About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised and professional Administration & Call Handler to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers, and providing excellent administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner
2. Accurately log information, messages, and call outcomes
3. Schedule appointments and manage diaries as required
4. Handle email inboxes and respond to queries promptly
5. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
About You
6. Excellent communication and telephone manner
7. Strong organisation and multitasking skills
8. Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
9. Ability to remain calm under pressure
10. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering great customer service
11. Previous admin or call handling experience is an advantage but not essential
