SEN Teaching Assistant - SEN Specialist School
Location: Ware
Pay: £460-£500 per week

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and specialist staff to support pupils across the education and training sector. Your role will include:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual needs
Assisting pupils with learning, communication, and emotional regulation
Supporting personal care where required (training provided)
Helping pupils engage with sensory-based and therapeutic activities
Promoting independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
Creating a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
