3. Demonstrating strong product knowledge across our ranges, from food to gifting
4. Supporting the achievement of sales targets while maintaining a service-first approach
5. Ensuring the shop floor is beautifully presented, reflecting our heritage and standards
6. Working seamlessly as part of a team to create a warm, welcoming environment
