We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy office based in Stoke Prior. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and enthusiastic individual who is looking to work within a busy team and a progressive, forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily contact with existing customers
2. Communicating with customers via email and telephone
3. Processing returns and credits using Sage
4. Collaborating with our Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
1. Excellent telephone manner
2. Ability to remain calm in a busy environment
3. Adaptability and organizational skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
5. Good speed and quality in customer service
6. Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
