Quality Engineer responsibilities include –
* Develop and implement control plans, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance.
* Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corrective and preventive actions.
* Track and report key quality metrics to support continuous improvement.
* Maintain and support Quality Management Systems in line with standards and regulations.
Quality Engineer desirable skills and experience –
* Knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
* Knowledge of QMS such as ISO 9001, AS 9100, or IATF 16949.
* Able to use core tools such as 8D, PPAP, and Control Plans.
* Mechanical engineering education (HNC/HNC), or relevant training.
