We are currently seeking an Employer Solutions Manager for our Justice team to work across community, probation and custody sites in the West Midlands. To identify, engage and manage new relationships with public and private sector employer organisations and training providers with the aim of securing sustainable employment opportunities for participants whilst in the community and to support on release from custody.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Employability Support: Working with a diverse client group offering person centred support to uncover job goals, promote job readiness and support with applications and interviews.
2. Collaboration: Working closely with community teams to arrange employer events, job fairs, and promote training programmes that support participants' rehabilitation and employment prospects. And working with custody teams for through the gate employment opportunities
