Odin Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a rapidly growing group of day nurseries seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Area Manager to oversee multiple settings in Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.

What You'll Be Doing:
As Area Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and uplifting the performance of a small but expanding group of nurseries. You'll work closely with setting managers, staff, and senior leadership to deliver outstanding outcomes for children, families, and teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and Inspire: Provide visionary leadership and hands-on support to nursery managers.
* Ensure Excellence: Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and care in line with EYFS and Ofsted frameworks.
* Drive Performance: Monitor and improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
* Develop Teams: Foster continuous professional development and a thriving staff culture.
* Communicate and Report: Keep all stakeholders informed with clear and effective communication.
Who We're Looking For:
You're a motivated, proactive leader with a deep passion for early years education. You understand what outstanding looks like and won't settle for anything less.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
* A full UK driving licence
* Proven leadership and management experience
* Strong grasp of financial oversight and strategic planning
* Confident in conducting audits and quality observations
* Excellent IT skills
* In-depth knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and child protection
