Responsibilities
* Own and manage end‑to‑end onboarding projects for e‑commerce clients in the UK
* Lead product walkthroughs, platform configuration, and API integrations with ERPs, shipping carriers, and marketplaces
* Provide technical product training and onboarding support to merchants
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with developers when needed
* Develop reusable implementation templates, guides, and help centre articles
* Contribute to customer success by driving adoption and helping clients optimise Base.com usage
Nice if you have
* Comfort working with APIs, platform configuration tools, or basic scripting (e.g., HTML, PHP)
* Familiarity with e‑commerce automation, shipping software, POS systems, or CRM tools
* Has managed an e‑shop before
* Startup experience and comfort working in fast‑paced environments
* Coachable, agile and entrepreneurial
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in e‑commerce, SaaS onboarding, solutions consulting
* Experience with ERP integration, order processing systems, or retail operations
* Understanding of e‑commerce workflows, logistics, catalog and inventory management
* Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
* Fluent in English
