The Role
Reporting to the Group Solicitor, you’ll work within the Land and Affordable Housing sector of the Legal Team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Advising on affordable housing and investor sales
* Supporting land disposals, planning, and infrastructure agreements
* Conducting property due diligence and reporting on title
* Building relationships across regional offices, with occasional travel required
About You
We’re looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with:
* 2+ years PQE
* Experience in affordable housing, section 106 agreements, and infrastructure matters
* Strong property law knowledge and commercial awareness
* Previous experience in-house or in private practice, ideally within the housebuilding sector
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing stakeholder relationships
