Workshop Recruitment are looking for an experienced Garden Maintenance team leader who has a great passion for plants and outdoor spaces who is looking to work on incredible gardens to create new landscapes and developing existing landscapes. You will be working with designers, clients and a close – knit team. Job Responsibilities Every day will be different Caring for gardens with expert maintenance – including lawns, hedges, irrigation, terraces, pathways, and borders. Shaping, pruning, and training – from delicate perennials to climbing roses and orchard trees. Very experienced plant knowledge Developing landscapes – whether it’s adding new planting, refreshing borders, or implementing specialist techniques. Working closely with clients – helping them understand and appreciate the outdoor spaces you bring to life. Requirements A strong work ethic – You love what you do and take pride in delivering excellence every day. 4+ years of experience in garden maintenance or horticulture. Great plant knowledge and a good understanding of garden care techniques. A Level 2 (or higher) qualification in Horticulture. A UK driving licence (essential for travelling between sites).
