You will join as a Restaurant Manager, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service across our Food & Beverage areas. Lead the Restaurant team during service, ensuring smooth flow and consistent standards. Handle guest queries confidently and resolve issues professionally. Assist with training, coaching and supporting team members. Oversee table plans, reservations and service readiness. Maintain high levels of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across the restaurant. Support stock control, ordering and minimising waste. Coordinate communication between restaurant, kitchen and bar teams. Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen processes and health & safety standards. Person Specification Experience in a Michelin restaurant or hospitality supervisory/management role. Confident communicator with strong people skills. Able to lead a team effectively during busy service. Organised, proactive and quick to solve problems. High attention to detail and commitment to great guest service.
