About the Opportunity
JCL Skills Solutions are recruiting for an Apprentice Learning Assistant to join a busy and supportive pre-school setting for children aged 9 months–3 years.
This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in Early Years Education. You'll gain valuable, hands-on experience in a real school environment while working towards a nationally recognised EYFS qualification with JCL Skills Solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Learning Assistant, you will:
* Support staff in delivering planned learning activities.
* Help create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children.
* Contribute to observations and reflections on children's learning and development.
* Encourage learning through purposeful play.
* Support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND and medical needs.
* Model positive behaviour and support inclusive practice.
* Take part in enrichment activities, visits, and wider curriculum opportunities.
