Our client, a well-established and expanding building services company, is looking for a knowledgeable HVAC Engineer to join their Leeds-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a business that supports progression and invests in its people. You will be working across 29 student accommodation sites in the north of England performing planned and reactive maintenance.
The Role:
As a HVAC engineer you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, with a strong focus on commercial plant room equipment such as boilers, pumps, and ventilation units
You will be diagnosing and rectifying faults across heating and cooling systems
As a HVAC engineer you will be ensuring work is carried out to the highest safety and compliance standards
You will Providing excellent service to clients across a range of commercial sites
Requirements:
Proven background as a HVAC Engineer, particularly within plant room environments
F-Gas certification – essential
Experience with fault finding, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems
Electrical isolation and rectification skills – highly desirable
NVQ Level 2/3 in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence
