Aquagem Heating Ltd is a successful underfloor heating company installing domestic and commercial projects all over the UK since 2009. Under floor heating is recognised as the most efficient and environmentally-friendly form of heating available. This is why we need you to join our Sales team as our business has grown and grown We quote, design, project-manage, install and commission but it starts with our Sales team and we value what that takes.
Don't worry if you're not an expert in underfloor heating, we will teach you what you need to know, the most important thing is you enjoy Sales, making new connections and smashing targets
Duties
* Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, growth areas, trends, clients, partnerships, products and services and new ways of reaching existing markets.
* Seek out the appropriate contacts in an organisation, build relationships and where necessary negotiate.
* Generate leads using ABI, detail contact and sales information in Salesforce/CRM.
* Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
* Think and work strategically - seeing the bigger picture, setting aims and objectives in order to achieve expected sales targets and develop the business.
* Increase sales of the business, in-line with management sales targets and KPIs.
* Be willing to gain a good understanding of the businesses' products and services to offer client guidance.
* Work effectively with all other departments and seek new ways of improving the way the business operates.
* Share your promotional ideas and strategies with the management team.
* Contribute and manage a social media presence.
* Liaise with the finance team regarding new customer credit terms etc.
* Stay updated on trends and changes in the underfloor heating sector and construction industry updates.
* Carry out sales forecasts, analysis and marketing strategies and report your findings to the management.
* Be a strong and confident communicator and team player liaising with people at all levels.
* Work to deadlines, be diligent, detailed and accurate.
Qualifications
Successful Sales experience is a necessity, loving Sales is even better. Experience with Salesforce Software and the construction industry would be very beneficial. Enjoying working with people and communicating confidently, sharing ideas and transferable skills is encouraged and welcomed.
