Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide person-centred care and support to clients within their own homes across Leeds and the surrounding areas, helping them to live independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
* Support with mobility, transfers, and safe movement where required.
* Provide medication support, including administration and accurate record-keeping.
* Prepare and serve meals, offering assistance with eating and drinking if needed.
* Carry out light household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
* Monitor and record clients' health, wellbeing, and progress, reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals or management.
* Offer companionship and emotional support, promoting clients' independence and quality of life.
Requirements
* A caring and empathetic nature, with a genuine commitment to supporting others.
* Previous experience in care or a relevant qualification is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
* A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
