HS&E Advisor Location: Newmarket Shift: 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 21:30 - 07:00 (1-hour break) Friday: 19:30 - 01:30 Experience Required Familiarity with management systems such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is advantageous. Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical situations. Ideally, a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, exercising initiative as needed. Excellent verbal and written communication and people management skills at all levels. Proficient in organising and planning personal and team workloads as necessary. Qualifications NEBOSH General Certificate is essential; a diploma is preferred. IEMA or another relevant environmental qualification is desirable. Auditing qualifications in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or similar are a plus. Preference for candidates with recent experience in a business setting rather than consultancy roles.
