Person Specification
* Ideally 3+ years experience in Estate Agency.
* Dynamic and self-motivated.
* People-first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
* The ability to consistently provide outstanding customer service.
* Attention to detail and organisation skills.
* Good local knowledge.
* Growth mindset.
* Full Driving Licence.
Responsibilities:
* Management of email inboxes.
* Answering inbound calls.
* Updating the CRM system with new applicants, appointments, and viewings.
* Booking valuations.
* Conducting viewings and seeking offers.
* Providing thorough viewing feedback.
* Objection handling.
* Identifying and maximising cross-selling opportunities.
* Generating new business opportunities.
* Assisting the Head of Residential Sales with the day to day running of the Sales Department.
Hours of Work
* Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 6pm, with an earlier finish of 5:30pm on Friday.
* 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am until 4pm with a 30-minute break.
