Job Opportunity: Stock Control CoordinatorLocation: CarrickfergusSalary: 30k per annumHours: 8:00am - 4:00pmReporting to: Operations ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Control Coordinator to join a growing operations team. This role is key to ensuring accurate stock management, maintaining data integrity, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.During an initial transition period, there will be a requirement to work across both Carrickfergus and Newtownards, supporting operational continuity ahead of a planned relocation to Carrickfergus.Key ResponsibilitiesStock Control & AccuracyCarry out regular stock checks, including weekly reviews of key and low-stock itemsInvestigate discrepancies (e.g., missing stock, pick errors), identify root causes, and implement corrective actionsComplete routine stock reviews (including BIBO where applicable)Support stock counts and year-end inventory processesData Integrity & Systems ManagementMaintain accurate and consistent stock data across systemsUpdate product information, codes, and recordsEnsure all stock movements are correctly recordedIdentify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvementsAssist with implementing and maintaining stock control proceduresWhat our client is looking ForEssential CriteriaMinimum 1 years' experience in stock control or inventory managementStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyExperience investigating stock discrepanciesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation, spreadsheets)Experience using ERP and WMS systemsStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesProactive problem-solving mindsetFlexibility to support operational needsWhat's in it for you?Join a growing and dynamic organisationOpportunity to play a key role in operational developmentSupportive team environmentCareer progression opportunitiesNext stepPlease submit an up to date CV today via the "Apply" linkWHJS1_NI
