Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Social to enhance the growth of Chic PR & Events through delivering exceptional results for our clients and managing our creative team to do the same. As Head of Social, you will play a crucial role in driving client success, crafting creative and unique social first campaigns not just for your clients but also by supporting your team to do the same for their clients. You will also play a pivotal part in positioning Chic as the leader in your field by ensuring our clients and we stay ahead of the curve. Management Responsibilities. Supporting the creative output of the Chic team, including leading on creative projects and signing off on work. Overseeing brand projects, campaigns, and activations from creative brief through to implementation and delivery. Acting as a key facilitator in project management, driving client strategies forward by overseeing team output, managing deadlines, and ensuring consistent progress Analysing campaign outcomes and interpreting data to inform strategy and provide clear, actionable insights to clients. Leading and motivating a high-performance team through regular 1:1s and performance reviews. Working with team members on personal development plans, helping to build a structured training framework that supports both individual career growth and company objectives. Training and onboarding new staff, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and processes. Monitoring team capacity using internal project management tools like Asana. Mitigate and manage team or client challenges with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset. Account Management & Direction Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted partner and advisor. Act as the key point of contact on client accounts, ensuring clear, effective communication and relationship management. Lead the strategic planning and execution of social-first campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and goals. Provide creative direction and oversight on bigger projects, delivering standout work that aligns with client goals and brand identity. Lead client meetings, confidently presenting ideas, updates, and strategies. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and formats, keeping client brands at the forefront of cultural and digital conversations. Be able to shoot organic, social-first content (e.g., iPhone) and develop relevant content briefs. Take ownership of brand social channels, planning daily, weekly, and monthly content around key topics, launches, and campaigns. Coordinate and manage content shoots and campaigns, including creating briefs and liaising with photographers, videographers, and other creatives. Work with freelancers and white-label partners to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard. Prepare monthly performance reports, analysing insights and data to inform strategic decisions and optimise content. Effectively manage your time and deadlines, prioritising tasks for maximum impact. Works with influencers, UGC creators, and KOLs, from sourcing and briefing to campaign execution and performance analysis. Oversee and sign off social creatives within your team to make sure they deliver tangible results for your clients. Skills Required Agency Experience. Extensive experience in account management, ideally within a social media or creative agency. A proven ability to lead multiple client accounts, balancing creativity, and strategic thinking and comercial awareness. Strong client relationship skills, able to confidently present ideas, respond to briefs, and build long-term trust. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, able to motivate, mentor, and guide a team of creatives and content producers. A strategic thinker with a strong creative eye for detail and deep knowledge of cultural trends, social platforms changes. What can we offer?
