An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the OEM team at Routeco as an OEM Solutions Consultant - Implementation, reporting directly to the OEM Solutions Manager. Covering the Central Region, we’re looking for a dynamic, commercially driven professional who can think strategically and act decisively. You’ll play a critical role and be responsible for fully implementation, business development and continued growth within the OEM teams ‘signed’ and ‘target’ customers - bringing our OEM strategy to life across a wide range of key OEM accounts. Working closely with the OEM’s you are responsible for, you’ll build strong relationships and keep our CRM buzzing with activity by tracking and communicating progress to help ensure sales targets are met/exceeded. As one of our OEM Solutions Consultants, you’ll be at the sharp edge of our growth story. Keep the CRM buzzing with activity, tracking and driving opportunities forward at pace and showcasing progress through CRM Work seamlessly with all internal /external stakeholders on joint opportunities leveraging Routeco’s full partner ecosystem to maximise outcomes. Sell tailored, value driven business solutions that solve real OEM problems. Earn trusted advisor status by forging deep, value-driven partnerships with OEM customers Manage priorities in both ‘pre’(target) and ‘post’(wins) accounts, ensuring no momentum is lost and maximum value is delivered consistently. Support departmental, project, or developmental initiatives beyond your core remit. Build long term professional relationships with stakeholders in Routeco, Rockwell Automation and all franchise partners. Own the success and profitability of your OEM’s, driving growth end to end, from CRM management to stakeholder engagement Take charge of your development journey and actively shape performance and career success Keep your region buzzing with clear, regular updates to ensure regional stakeholders are always aligned with OEM account wins, targets, and performance. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO ROUTECO? A tech-savvy problem-solver with strong commercial instincts. Someone who thrives in the OEM, automation, or industrial sector. Entrepreneurial in spirit, with a strategic mindset. Naturally curious, always looking to understand customer challenges and craft smarter solutions. Skilled in navigating sometimes complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholder groups. Skilled in building trust, influencing at all levels, and handling challenges head-on. Driven, results-focused, and motivated by business development and growth. Ideally, ONC (or higher) in Electrical Engineering solid knowledge of Automation & Control products.
