As Sous Chef, youll support the Head Chef in leading a small, dedicated team in delivering exceptional food in a relaxed yet refined setting. Youll be hands:on across all sections, contribute to menu development, and help maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and kitchen organisation.

* Strong experience as a Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous ready to step up
