Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers to ensure they don’t miss out on any of the store’s offers
* Help ensure the store is well stocked and maintain a high level of store presentation
* Support the achievement of store targets and actively contribute to store operations
* Participate in training for piercing services to support the store’s piercing business (ear and nose piercing)
What you’ll need to succeed
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Passionate about retail and customer service
* Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
* Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided) (Optional)
* Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
