We are looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives in the payments domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program governance, stakeholder management, and driving complex, cross-functional technology projects to success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead program delivery for large-scale initiatives in the payments space, including compliance and integration with ISO 20022, SEPA, CHAPS, and RTP standards and systems.
* Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
* Establish program governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
* Track KPIs, ensure regulatory and operational compliance, and manage third-party/vendor relationships where applicable.
