Now they’re looking for an IT Apprentice to join the team. No experience needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. What you’ll be doing (with full support training) You’ll jump into lots of real IT tasks, including: Helping clients fix tech problems Logging issues into the system Adding and managing users in Active Directory Helping with Office 365 accounts Building, setting up and configuring PCs Learning about network and cybersecurity (firewalls, patching, WANs - all the cool behind the‑scenes stuff) Occasionally helping out on a weekend or evening when needed It’s a hands‑on role that will help you build skills and confidence fast.
