Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our supportive and collaborative team. Previous Private Client experience is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team, supporting a diverse caseload and delivering high-quality client service.
Your Key Responsibilities would include:
* The preparation of Wills and Power of Attorney and handling Executries.
* Managing client files from instruction through to completion, drafting the required legal documents and correspondence.
* Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties, in a professional manner.
* Client meetings and ongoing relationship management.
* Ensuring compliance with regulations and Firm in house processes.
* have previous private client experience
* have a professional and friendly manner
* have a high level of attention to detail
* possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
* have the ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines with a focus on delivering a high level of client service
* have strong written and verbal communication skills
